At the Academy, we are committed to providing weekly meaningful professional development opportunities for our faculty and staff.

Our professional development provides a thoughtful, challenging, and supportive learning community to align our beliefs and goals, classroom practices, and the learning outcomes of our students.

To foster this process, we use norms and virtues to listen to teachers’ voices, establish trust for collaborative working conditions, and form structures that enhance our culture of care, thinking and learning.

STAFF AND MANAGEMENT

KPM Cottage School and Mentorship Centre have a management structure which ensures administrative accountability and exceptional mentoring service. This is to ensure efficient working structures and ability for students who need special assistanceand help with uplifting of themselves.

Our staff consists of

• Two teachers for the Mentorship AfterCare Centre
• Two Soccer Coaches
• Two Netball coaches
• One Admin Mentorship Coordinator

Together, the team helps to make all the tasks possible and by giving support to one another.KPM Academy sustains and maintains a good reputation with parents and students as well as players who give their all on courts as well as academically.
